We have a simple 5 step process to commence your transformational journey.

First, you will need to apply. We do not accept all applicants and we are transparent about this from commencement. Why? Because we take your health and your life seriously. And we believe you need to be in a place to do the same in order to get the results you want. There is a non-refundable application fee of $997.

Once your expression of interest has been reviewed, one of our team will organize a time with you for an initial no obligation meet and greet. Once clear intentions have been established, you will be invited to complete our full initial assessment process which will include a detailed body assessment, full medical history and current management protocols. Our team will then contact you to discuss an initial broad management plan and expected timeframes with you.

Next, you will be required to complete payment in full to become a member for your upcoming health concierge period. As a member of your Personal Health Concierge, you will be assigned a Health Director who will manage your personalized program, orchestrate all experts and services specifically according to your needs as highlighted in your assessments, treatments and progress reports, and conduct all liaison with you and your current medical team (as applicable).

Once we are ready to begin, your Health Director will reach out to you to schedule your sessions, request any further investigations, deliver your personalized plan, and respond to all your needs and requests along the way. We look forward to meeting you!
