An upfront payment for 3 months of care is required as an initial deposit. This confirms your application and request for services and assists to expedite your case review, precision protocols, care team coordination and personalized treatment plans.

Following the initial deposit, you may choose to pay your remaining balance over 3 monthly installments. Initial payment will be due upfront before starting the first consult, and will continue each month for 3 months. After 3 months, you will not be required to pay again (the remaining monthly payments will be drawn against your initial deposit). If you choose to continue your Concierge Service after the initial 6 months, you will simply resume paying monthly in advance.
